UK customers: orders ship delivered-at-place (DAP). UK import VAT (20%) and a small carrier handling fee are payable on delivery. We are working on a VAT-inclusive checkout to remove that step.
Returns
14 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, we do not issue prepaid labels. To start a return, email returns@padelmaxi.com with your order number and we will reply with the Spain warehouse return address within one business day. Full returns policy.
Price-match guarantee
Find the same item cheaper at a UK or EU retailer within 14 days of your order and we will match it and refund the difference. Email the link to support@padelmaxi.com.
