14-day return window

You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund.

Return shipping is at your expense

We don't issue prepaid return labels. You arrange and pay for return shipping with the carrier of your choice (Correos, MRW, Seur, UPS, etc.). Choose tracked shipping, we can't refund items that don't arrive.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@padelmaxi.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with the Spain warehouse return address and any reference number to write on the parcel.
3. Drop the parcel at any post office or carrier point, paid by you.
4. Refund hits your card 3-5 business days after the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.

What cannot be returned

• Used or damaged items
• Opened padel-ball cans (sealed cans are fine)
• Personalised or made-to-order items

Faulty or wrong item

If we sent you a faulty item or the wrong product, return shipping is on us, email us with a photo and we'll either replace it or refund you in full, your choice.

Price-match guarantee

If you find the same product cheaper at any EU or UK padel retailer within 14 days of your order, we match the price and refund the difference. See the price-match guarantee.
