Why are your prices lower than other padel sites?

We're an online-only operation across the EU and UK with a wide catalog and low margins. The savings on retail overheads go straight into the price you pay, which is why we keep the lowest prices on most premium rackets and accessories.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every product is brand-new, factory-sealed, and carries the manufacturer's standard warranty.

How do I pick the right racket?

Browse by skill level, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Pro, to narrow down. If in doubt, email support@padelmaxi.com and we'll recommend two or three rackets that match how you play.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, if you're in the EU or the UK. See our shipping page for delivery times and costs.

Will I pay VAT or import duty?

EU customers pay nothing extra at checkout. UK customers may pay import VAT and duty at customs; we're working on a UK-VAT-paid checkout.

Can I return a racket I've played with?

No. Returns are unused items only, in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Full returns policy.
