Price-match guarantee
We won't be beaten on price. If you find the same product cheaper at any EU or UK padel retailer, we'll match it.
How to claim
- Find a lower price for the exact same product at another padel retailer.
- Email support@padelmaxi.com with the product link from our site, the competitor's link and the price.
- We'll respond within 24 hours. If the claim is valid we'll refund the difference to your card or issue a discount code for the difference if you haven't ordered yet.
Conditions
- The competitor must be a retailer based in the EU or UK.
- The product must be the exact same brand, model, year and specification.
- The competitor's price must include VAT and shipping to the same destination.
- Marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace etc.) and used products do not count.
Most of the time you'll already find our price is the lowest in the market, but if you spot a lower one, we want to hear about it.
